in annual sales. While managing
distribution channels of over 500 distributors, he developed a clear
understanding of the business needs and outsourcing requirements
of today's distribution. Mr. Crompton developed and implemented countless
IT projects, e-marketing, Sales Force Automation projects, promotional
programs, organizational structures, training sessions, profit programs,
motivational lectures, tactical and strategic planning initiatives.
Through his business relationships with major manufacturers like Ford, Daimler-Chrysler,
Nissan, Boeing, Case, Caterpillar, G.E., UT and many others, David fostered an
understanding of the manufacturing environment, integrated supply, integrators,
R.O.I purchasing and other key buying criteria.
